Salary: £26,000 to £34,000 dependent upon experience

Contract Type: 2 Year Fixed Term Contract

The Role

 

This role will monitor and coordinate our ticket allocation for the medical systems. Ensuring accurate prioritisation and collation of relevant information of issues.

 

To coordinate with SSC Medical, SARG Medical, AMEs and applicants to gather evidence of issues raised. To establish if the issues raised are with the system, data inaccuracies or user error.

Work with the Medical Systems Lead to liaise with the 3rd party supplier to ensure precise data and explanations are shared and that the 3rd party supplier understands fully the issues and the required outcome.

 

Report on tickets raised and collating MI for the medical and SSC management teams.

 

Log and prioritise any future system requirements for improvements and changes to the system.

 

As the Business Systems Coordinator you will work closely with the Business Systems Owner to provide technical and administrative operational support to the business users of SARG’s safety oversight management systems, enabling them to operate in the most efficient manner.

 

Core Accountabilities

 

  • Successful coordination of CAA tickets and 3rd party supplier tickets.
  • CAA raised tickets are prioritised and information shared with the 3rd party supplier is accurate and reflects the required outcome.
  • Issues raised are fixed with the desirable outcome for the stakeholder.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and system providers with aim to capture and investigate issues raised and work towards their resolution.
  • Assisting in testing, verifying, and implementing new system releases in addition to reviewing and improving system related business processes
  • Maintain user guides, written procedures, working instructions and other documentation up to date. Supporting AME Oversight Team and Training platform use.
  • Communicate planned system downtimes, system upgrades, new features, and releases to affected stakeholders.
  • Monitor data integrity and data quality through periodic reviews of system reports and downloads.

 

About You

 

To be considered for the role you must have:
Essential

 

  • Good standard of education to include, English and Maths
  • Well versed in all IT Microsoft packages and able to collate and analyse information
  • Must have a proven “can-do” attitude and an appetite for learning
  • High degree of interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Willingness to work flexibly in response to changes in priority and under pressure including location and hours
  • A proven flair for pre-empting situations and identifying solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and discretion
  • Proven reliability and commitment
  • Ability to manage frequently changing plans and other tasks in a composed manner
  • Good communication skills at all levels

 

Desirable:

 

  • Experience of CRM workflows
  • Cellma Medical Records System

 

Additional Information

 

For many appointments within the CAA, these roles require access to operationally sensitive infrastructure and/or Nationally Protected information. For these roles the post holders must undergo National Security Vetting and achieve the appropriate level of clearance.
