- In-depth knowledge of eRostering related applications i.e. HealthRoster V11 / EOL/MOL
- Experience of eRostering in the Medical Workforce using HealthRoster
- Experience in developing processes and guidance material for end users
- Experience in delivering training and presenting information to groups of people.

We have recently completed a £30m expansion of our adult and neonatal critical care facilities at Chelsea and Westminster and are planning an ambitious £60m development of an Ambulatory Diagnostics Centre at West Middlesex.
First line support:
- Provide first line support to the Medical & Dental HealthRoster users throughout the trust and cover other staff group e-Rostering as necessary.
- Analyse and log all support calls to the HealthRoster Support Team, providing analysis reports on support call trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide a rapid response to HealthRoster users who log calls related to ESR payroll
- Monitor the HealthRoster support email account on an hourly basis to deal with outstanding support calls, queries or questions from users.
- Escalate to the HealthRoster manager and or Allocate Software Team for efficient resolutions as needed
- Add all medical new starters on Healthroster as requested.
- Remove all medical leavers from Healthroster as requested.
- Ensure that all the substantive postings have the correct payroll numbers assigned.
- Create logins and password for new clinical users.
- Involvement in workforce projects as applicable (both erostering specific and larger projects as part of the wider HR function).
- Ability to cross cover and collaborate with non-medical rostering analysts as part of the wider team to maintain and improve Nursing, AHP and admin staff group rostering
- Work alongside the Medical Workforce Team to build new or redesigned medical staffing patterns and shift requirements into HealthRoster on an ad-hoc basis and ahead of junior doctor rotation periods.
- Act as a system expert and provide e-rostering training both online and in person to medical staff in both one to one and group sessions.
- Apply a full knowledge of NHS/local trust Policies and Procedures related to rostering including Working Time Directive, Junior Doctors Contract, Consultant and SAS Job Planning, Flexible Working, Annual Leave, Sickness Absence Policies, and an ability to appropriately highlight and escalate where rostering practice does not comply with policies and procedures.
- Attend the HealthRoster operational group meetings in place of the E-Rostering Manager as required.
- Champion the use of e-Rostering across the medical workforce and work to ensure that all the directorates are using the system and seeing benefits of its use via KPI reporting.
