They have a wide pharmaceutical portfolio, specialised in some of the following areas: Oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases. There is an opportunity for a Medical Information Vendor Support Specialist to join their Medical Information global team on an initial 8-month rolling contract.

Your new role
As a highly motivated individual, you will join their Global Medical Information team as a Medical Information Vendor Support Specialist where you will support the Global Medical Information Vendor Manager in the delivery of the Global Medical Information Professional Contact Centre service - aiming to harmonise 1st line Medical Information enquiry handling worldwide. You will be responsible for liaising between the Vendor and affiliate Medical Information teams in order to ensure optimal delivery of the service in all territories. You will also be responsible for initiating new countries / territories into the global service - working closely with the vendor and affiliate teams to ensure working practices, enquiry handling specifics and contracts are executed in a timely manner. You will be involved in identifying opportunities for continual improvement of the service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a life sciences degree and possess experience in Medical Information and managing vendors. You will be proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to engage teams across multiple cultures in order to drive for optimal outputs for both the global and local teams. You will be comfortable dealing with challenges arising from different countries and driven by solution-finding.
