Are you a GPhC registered Pharmacist looking to step into the Pharmaceutical industry?

If so, this could be the role for you!

Evolve is working with a fast-growing Pharmaceutical organisation with strong presence in the European Gastroenterology market. Our client is seeking a Medical & Regulatory Affairs Officer to join their team at head office in Lincolnshire on a full-time basis, 5 days per week (this is non-negotiable). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

You will be part of a great team of 6, responsible for providing support to the company’s Medical and Regulatory departments including adverse event reporting and medical information responses, maintaining up to date product information documents and more!

Paying up to £50,000 DOE + annual discretionary bonus, pension, and a flexible benefits package.

Ideal Requirements for the Medical & Regulatory Affairs Officer

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist, with a background in community or hospital settings.
  • Applicants must have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and HCPs.
  • Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
  • Located within an hour of Lincoln.

Role Responsibilities for the Medical & Regulatory Affairs Officer

  • Provide a high level of support to the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, general administrative duties, and assistance with Medical and Regulatory Department tasks.
  • Deputy Responsible Person providing support to Responsible Person (RP) to maintain compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) rules and guidance.
  • Deputy Local Safety Officer (dLSO) providing support to Local Safety Officer (LSO) to maintain compliance with Pharmacovigilance rules and guidance.
  • Record, follow-up, and process all adverse events and product safety reports received.
  • Provide ABPI Code of Practice and Pharmacovigilance training for new starters as part of induction training, and annual Pharmacovigilance refresher training for all employees.
  • Examine printed promotional and non-promotional material to confirm they accurately reflect the electronically certified final prior to use.
