Duration: Temporary for a up to 3 months, could lead to a permanent opportunity
We are recruiting for a Doctor's surgery working within a really friendly and busy team. Duties will really vary so the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running and enjoy and varied and busy role, some of the duties will be
- To provide an efficient audio, copy typing and word processing service for GPs, Practice Manager and Health Professionals as required. This includes the typing of letters, reports, patient referrals, minutes, memorandums etc. in an accurate and timely manner.
- Scanning and Photocopying
- To maintain filing and administrative systems so that written or computer information is easily accessible and secure
- Assist colleagues in the admin team with other outstanding tasks
- Follow and adhere to Company procedures and be a reliable end hardworking asset to the team
Skills Required
- Good I.T skills
- Audio/ Typing experience
- General administrative experience
- Ideally experience of working in the medical sector with experience of medical terminology
- Hardworking, reliable and raring to go!
