Ensure patients are put at the heart of the service To ensure all clinical and non-clinical correspondence and reported are typed within local targets To maintain clinical diaries and use discretion and initiative to arrangemeetings and appointments for patients, relatives and others To handle routine and non-routine enquires in an efficient manner and ensure appropriate follow through using initiative to deal with all enquiries either verbally or in writing. This includes regular monitoring of the generic email account To organise meetings, include collation and distribution of agendas, taking and transcribing formal minutes To ensure that all results of test and investigations are tracked, received and recorded for patients and shown to medical staff promptly and undertake the appropriate instructed action
