What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a highly energetic individual to join our retail team at Stamford Bridge. The role will involve working closely with the Store Manager on day-to-day operation of the Stamford Bridge Megastore (and ad-hoc matchday outlets) with the goal of maximising sales and profitability. The role will be responsible for staff recruitment and training as well as planning staff rotas for a team made up of both Full-Time Employees and casual staff.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced merchandise environment .
- Experience of leading teams to achieve sales targets and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Experience of preparing and managing rotas within a busy store environment
- Ideally experience of managing a team of Full-Time Employees and Casual staff
- Being a team player and being results driven.
- Ability to prioritise, managing multiple projects and tasks at any one time
- Desire and willingness to coach and support team members including arranging training and development.
