Working closely with high-profile external stakeholders and internal teams alike, you'll embody the highest standards of professionalism, leaving a lasting impression with every interaction. Your adept time management and project management skills will be crucial in supporting numerous groups across their global membership, ensuring equal service for all. Your ownership of committee and group membership, including elections, records, and CRM accuracy, will be paramount. Additionally, your expertise in budget management, forecasting, and overseeing annual calendars of activity will be instrumental in driving success.

You'll develop and comply with Service Level Agreements, ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, and key documentation, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies. Moreover, you'll ensure an efficient and effective secretariat service through standardisation of processes, documents, storage, and guidance. Working seamlessly with the Member Support Centre, you'll guarantee an excellent customer experience. Your management of relevant website pages and online community platforms will ensure a seamless and positive member experience across the board. Confidently escalating issues and opportunities to the team and senior leadership as necessary, you'll provide efficient event management services for both online and in-person member events. Your strong project management skills, including planning, time and task management, change management, adaptability, and risk management, will be essential.

Additionally, your proactive approach to working with internal teams to ensure a regular flow of information and support engagement with a range of member benefits will set you apart. Collaboration with counterparts in other organisations to share best practices and maintain relevance will further enhance your impact.
