THE JOB:
Working in the member services team, you will help carry out:
- Recruitment and retention activities for members
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries, escalating complex queries where necessary
- Proactively sell member benefits, including advice products and membership
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in dealing with customer enquiries
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and develop long-term working relationships
- Able to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines in a busy work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diligent with an attention to detail, accuracy, and quality when carrying out process-driven tasks such as record keeping and database maintenance
