Main Purpose: Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer activities, identify and resolve issues, provide great customer service.
What We're Looking For: Enthusiastic, accurate, and organised individuals passionate about helping people.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 6:00pm
- 7-hour shifts within this timeframe
- In-office training provided, with hybrid working options post-training
