Member Services Executive
Our client is looking for a Member Services Executive to assist the Operations Team in achieving and maintaining service level agreements for customer service, quality and activity by providing proactive administration support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Process member and intermediary requests on our administration platforms
- Deal with all new business, both in relation to new members and increase cover and chase outstanding member and intermediary requirements
- Deal with queries from members and intermediaries via telephone and email and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow our business retention process which includes outbound calls, emails to members and intermediaries
- Support the Underwriting function by requesting doctor’s reports, logging and allocating work items, chasing outstanding requirements and telephone support
- Process BACS (bankers’ automated clearing system) reports daily
- Process direct debit and direct credit submission files
- Produce reports on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements & Skills:
- Open, honest, adaptable and reliable
- Willingness to develop
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative role desirable but not essential
- Previous telephone experience desirable but not essential.
