2 Days Milton Keynes Office, 3 Days Home (Hybrid)
Must be able to travel to events (2 large events per year - in person - fully expensed)
Salary: Up to £28K dependant on experience plus a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday allowance (Plus an extra 3 days at Christmas), pension, Full access to training anddevelopment programmes.

Our client, a leading membership body based in Milton Keynes is currently recruiting for a Membership and Events Administrator. This role will be working in the Membership and Events department.
If you are an administrative professional operating in Milton Keynes or surrounding areas with experience of customer service, events coordination, networking, processing applications, membership renewals, data input and worked in a professional body or not for profit, membership body, charity, subscription or similar, we would love to hear from you.
The role of Membership and Events Administrator
The purpose of this role is to assist with Membership and Events administration within a friendly, fast-paced working environment.
This will include (not limited to) maintaining the membership database to a high standard, assisting with membership processes, delivering events administration.
Respond to individual membership enquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
Work closely with the Events Manager.
Assist the Events Manager in pre-event logistics.
Collaborate with Marketing to maintain the website.
Maintain records of delegates in central CRM.
Person Specification
Strong customer service and administrative skills required.
Strong organisational and self-motivational abilities.
A team player with strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills.
Experience with the use of importing data into the CRM.
Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, database management tools and Zoom.
Familiarity with event planning and marketing principles is advantageous.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work occasional 'out of hours' to support & attend events (with TOIL).
Experience with customer experience initiatives and continuous improvement.
Excellent written and communication skills.
A real team player, happy to be involved in activities outside of their job role
