Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Membership & Support Services Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, update and perform quarterly checks on Membership records
  • Manage the Membership renewal and resignation process
  • Check / review Payment Report to identify incoming Membership payments
  • Assist in the creation and update of Membership marketing material and mailings ensuring they are sent out in a timely manner
  • Record and maintain a voucher scheme (Voucher Credits)
  • Membership Website – action login requests/queries
  • Promote the Association’s Membership by sending out information to prospective members
  • Participate in telemarketing surveys with pre-selected Members
  • Maintain and update Gold holder information and schedules for the Auditors
  • Certificate updates working with the Marketing Department to update the website
  • 3rd party Gold logo usage requests
  • Financials – raising POs, invoices and credit notes
  • Daily management of the Fira inbox – all leads followed up and sent to correct Departments and any actions dealt with accordingly
  • “Engage With an Expert” – review enquiries and send to Experts for confirmation
  • The Furniture Association Members & Clients Annual Event – send out invites, monitor and log acceptances or declines
Skills / Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
