Memberships Administrator
Full Time Monday-Friday 
 

The Opportunity

We are excited to be looking for a Memberships Administrator to join the Guest Experience team at Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket. This wolr will help support the delivery of engaging Member Experiences via the coordination of related administration and tasks.

This is a very hands-on role with both office and operational duties

Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket, is an award-winning world-class stadium and venue. It is recognised as one of the UK’s most prestigious venues for sport, business, leisure and entertainment with a capacity of up to 50,000 people for concerts; 26,000 for international cricket matches; meetings and events spaces for up to 2,000 delegates; a four-star hotel with 150 rooms; and an on-site Caffè Nero.

The venue has played host to some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including six ICC Cricket World Cup fixtures in 2019, Ashes Test Matches and world class concerts. In 2022 we welcomed performances from The Killers, Harry Styles and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and had numerous cricket matches, including England one day internationals and a test match. 2023 is shaping up to be an unforgettable year with an Ashes Test, two separate performances from the Arctic Monkeys, and a whole range of first class Cricket. Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Guest Experience and Member Relations manager with the production and circulation of comms material, including but not limited to:

  • Information relating to Membership rights and benefits
  • Matchday comms
  • AGM/SGM (liaising with relevant third parties, Club Secretary etc to produce information)
  • Members representative group meeting minutes
  • Satisfaction surveys (to gain feedback from Members who attend events and use LCC services)
  • Keeping a log and a record of all decisions made/promises made regarding Members and any actions, action owners and timescales.
  • Maintain regular communication with CFO and Club Secretary regarding any external legal advice/complex Rules related questions/FCA rule change confirmation process.
  • Champion Member experience working with Member Relations Manager to follow social media posts relating to members of Lancashire and reporting any challenging issues that arise.

Other Tasks and Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of rolling annual Member communication strategy including content for Spin, email, website, social channels.

Manage data and spreadsheets, keeping up to date and accurate.

Support the planning and managing of all Members Forums and Members Events and oversee the booking process for these where required.

The role holder will be required to liaise closely with the Club’s communication team to produce on brand content in line with the Membership engagement and account management plan.

Maintain regular communication with Chris Peacock (Board Member appointed to represent Members) to understand issues that are being raised directly with him and record appropriate.

Support with all Membership complaints, working closely with the Guest Services and Ticketing team.

Managing the annual updating of Vice President privileges and managing all VP communications including ticket and hospitality bookings in line with their privileges.

Working with key stakeholders to supporting the Club Secretary to prepare an annual report for the Board regarding Board succession and VP nominations in line with the Rules for December Board meeting prior to Jan 31st annual deadline.

 

Person Specification

We are looking for somneone friendly and fun! A candidate who is courteous by nature and confident in communicating with people of all ages. To be succesful you will need to be a team player with the ability to problem solve with/without assistance and a keen eye for detail
