Salary You will be one of the first Employment Advisors to join this brand-new programme. This service is supporting those with primary Mental Health needs and working closely with the NHS. The objective is to mentor participants of the programme to gain employment and to provide continued support.
There are vacancies in Rochdale where you will co-locate at either an NHS or Local Authority site. You will have a caseload of around 25 clients in total, aiming for around 2 job starts a month (with job sustainment’s at 3 months). Around 25% of your caseload will currently still be employed but might have challenges in their current employment (for example they could be signed off for stress). Day to day you will be supporting your clients with career planning, job searching or preparing for interviews.

You might have previously worked as an Employment Advisor, Careers Advisor, Mental Health Support Worker or have some experience in supporting people back into employment
