The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care including setting standards of care within Adult Mental Health Services. The post holder will be responsible for the management of a defined caseload, including liaison with other agencies and, where appropriate, the supervision, deployment and teaching of staff and/or students..
