It’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doing:You’ll be working with prison transfer service users, who will be with us for 12- 22 weeks as part of their assessment and stabilisation of acute Mental Health episode, where you’ll have a positive impact on their lives.With a large supportive team that works well together in a higher end of risk environment, every service user will be fully risk assessed with sufficient staff available to provide the appropriate level of supervised care and a high focused on safety and security.As a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) you will ensure service users receive high-quality care, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.Things that you will have:● A relevant nursing qualification and registration● Strong team-working skills● A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach● A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate● A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practiceThe service operates 247. You will work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights.
