SalaryMediplacements are currently looking to recruit an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist for a locum role in London.
The pay for this position is £35-£45 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.
Successful candidates must hold an MPharm degree, be GPHC registered.
Responsibilities/Activities:
The post holder must possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have strong clinical and organisational skills and be able to effect change. They need to be able to work independently, be self-driven and highly motivated. The primary role of the post holder will be to progress services for our community services within the Trust, supporting the Chief Pharmacist and Consultant Pharmacist in developing and implementing the Trust Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation strategy for children and young people.
The post holder will be expected to have current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, Clinical Pharmacy and/or Psychiatric Therapeutics (up to diploma level) postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience, current registration as a pharmacist independent prescriber (or shortly to become one) and significant post registration experience in a Mental Health setting.
