Mental Health Social Worker

London Borough of Haringey are currently looking for a Qualified Adults Social Worker to join a community Mental Health team.
The Role:
To work as a Social Worker within the Community Mental Health Team, supporting adults with Mental Health needs, undertaking social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014 and hold a caseload of service users requiring complex case management.
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification
* Experience as a Social Worker within adult Mental Health teams
* Social Work England Registration
