A secondary SEMH Provision based in Preston are looking to hire x5 SEMH Teaching Assistants. The role consists of daily routines, daily lessons and individualised targets being met. The school is small and individualised to meet each students needs. They pride themselves on how unique their school is and how it is all child centred, everything they do is based on the needs of each pupil. They do follow the national curriculum, however they also ensure that the students days consist of following their EHCP's and meeting their own specific targets not matter how small or whether they need to differentiate their days based around certain external factors.

Must be completed:
- Child DBS Check
- DBS Update Service check
- Level 2 safeguarding course
- References from two most recent employers covering 24 months
- Sighting of all legal documents in person
- Face to face interview

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
