About you, about the role
You will already have experience of providing care to people with support needs and a good understanding of the needs of people living with Mental Health and its effects to provide recovery focused, person-centred support for our clients to live as independently as possible within the community.
Willingness to learn and develop more, whilst demonstrating your experience, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have good I.T. skills, including word, databases and e-mails.

Hours are based on a rota working 39.25 hour per week, including sleep ins, weekends and lone working.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
