£15-17ph paid weekly via umbrella
As a Mental Health Support Worker, your main duties will be:
To support residence and service users creating a caring and supportive environment for them.
Helping individuals to maintain and improve their emotional well being.
Signposting any concerns or additional support that may be required.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will need:
1 year experience working to support people with Mental Health issues.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to encourage residence to maximise their opportunities.
NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care
