Job Summary

Temporary until 28th June 2024

We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.

This post is in partnership with the MCR Pathways charity organisation and is based in Greenwood Academy. Reporting to the Head Teacher, you will support care experienced and disadvantaged young people to realise their potential through coordinating mentor provision that promotes equality of education outcomes, career opportunities and life chances. Working with young people on a 1-1 basis and delivering group work sessions. The coordinator will also recruit and work with volunteer mentors and match young people to fully trained mentors.
