Our client is a long established Main Contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them an exciting name in the UK construction scene. They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel, student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects.
They are now looking for a MEP Manager to join their team on a large scale refurbishment and alteration of an office building in Hammersmith and oversee all MEP aspects of the project.
Their ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5+ years MEP Manager experience gained with Main Contractors or specialised sub-contractors.
- Previous refurbished project experience ideally gained on commercial or residential projects.
- Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline or trades background.
The role can be offered on a permanent or contract basis salary / rate is negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
