Merchandising Editor- Haven- Hemel - Herts

Digital Merchandising Editor
UK Remote (With occasional travel)
Are you passionate about eCommerce??  Do you have an eye for detail? Are you interested in things like CRM, SEO, PPC, Paid Social and A/B Testing?  If so, read on!
We are looking for a superstar to join our Digital department to manage the merchandising activity of our products so we can continue to delight our customers and support the delivery of business objectives.

What you will be doing:
This role will focus on optimising campaigns, landing environments, and product merchandising for both holiday and caravan sales product lines (Within a Tribe structure) and include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders, Product Managers, their engineering squad and a broad cross-functional team to deliver on an agreed set of Objectives and Key Results, and to ensure a consistent user journey through the web
- Providing the bridge between performance marketing teams across CRM, PPC, SEO and Paid Social disciplines and the Sales Tribe to ensure our landing environments and campaigns are optimised.
- Gathering info on market trends, competitor offers and best practice to ensure Haven is a first to market in deploying merchandising thinking
- Recommend new and innovative approaches to position, package and display our products to support in maximising the potential of our merchandising activity
- Ensure customer needs are understood and aligned to merchandising activity so each customer is positioned the right product, offer, package and value proposition
- Ensure pricing display across all campaign pages is consistent and in-line with seasonal objectives
- Work with the Content team to ensure the optimisation of our top landing pages across Haven.com, ensuring core purpose and performance is aligned with all stakeholders

What we'd like you to bring:
- Knowledge of paid and non paid media channels and the role they play in acquiring new and returning customers
- Knowledge of modern digital technologies used to create websites, apps and other digital platforms
- Knowledge of new, emerging and established trends in ecommerce, digital sales techniques and product personalisation
- Experience editing and managing pages and prices within a Content Management System environment
- Experience in planning and creating campaign pages based on data and feedback
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in understanding how to assess and analyse competitor products and campaign activity
- An ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, especially inmarketing and commercial functions
- Desirable to have experience in A/B Testing, Insights Reporting, and Personalisation
