Summary

What you'll do
Controlling and overseeing the negotiation, planning, defining scope of works and liaising with other departments to implement rollout of merchandising projects in stores
Liaising with our Procurement department developing new store concepts through the trialling and implementing of new equipment
Managing external contractors and ensure compliance standards are met in line with legal and health & safety standards
Conduct supplier performance reviews including service quality audits
Management of equipment inventories on an on-going basis
Planning, monitoring and reporting project costs on an on-going basis comparing the actual costs incurred against the project costs
Analysing and optimising efficiencies for daily operational and identifying cost savings initiatives
Ad-hoc Tasks-Flexible and adaptable to respond to reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required
What you'll need
Excellent administration, organisational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple projects and tasks to strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
Highly motivated, flexible and results driven, dynamic, decisive with the ability to react to changing situations and execute quickly on their own initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Full driving licence is essential
What you'll receive
Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl
GBP31,500 rising up to GBP41,000 after 3 years
29 days increasing to 34 days after 2 years holiday per annum (pro rata, including Bank Holidays)
