MET Strip and Fit Technician

Responsibilities:

• Strip and fit vehicles before and after repairs to check that all systems are working correctly.
• Performing high-quality mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on vehicles to manufacturers standards
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently and accurately
• Carrying out vehicle inspections to identify and report any additional repair work required
• Ensuring all repairs are completed within agreed timeframes.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a MET Technician or similar role within the automotive industry
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical and mechanical
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
