JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Metal Shop Supervisor the purpose of this role is to co-ordinate and oversee the manufacture of sheet metal components and maintain quality control over the items produced. The individual must have a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive knowledge of Metal Shop processes, procedures & controls to ensure components are manufactured to specification within the given tolerances. This role is diverse and demanding and requires a self-driven, dynamic and flexible person who has strong leadership capabilities and can instill a positive culture in their team while providing support, training and development to others.

The paint, weld and general assembly area is comprised of:
- Wet Paint Line
- Powder Coating Line
- 8 x Weld Bays
- Rivet Assembly Area
- Cincinnati Power Press
- Hydraulic Press
- Rollers
- Pemserter
- Spot Welders
- Fly Press
- Linisher/Belt Sander
PERSONNEL:
The team typically consists of between 8 and 12 team members but this will fluctuate in line with business demands
