Our client is a world leading manufacturer of high-performance titanium products used in various industries, including aerospace, medical devices, chemical processing, and other industrial applications.
They are seeking a Metallurgist on a permanent basis for their team based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage quality systems, make sure products comply to customer and internal specs
• Manage procedures (how they make the metal)
• Set manufacturing routes
• Run forge programmes
• Develop ways to manufacture for NPI
• Manage AS9100 & NADCAP processes

Key Skills

• Possess a strong metallurgical bacground
• Possess a strong process background
• Ideally have a background in computer modelling, simulation and data handling
