The main responsibilities of the Metering Associate role are:-
- Provide Smart Meter Performance subject matter expertise to the wider business
- Book works in for AMR installations, meter moves, and isolator switch installations
- Work with customer service department to ensure delivery of metering support to all customers
- Follow internal operating processes relating to metering
- Work GSoP failures and apply them to customer accounts
- Provide admin support to the business by compiling and analysing reports on the smart meter portfolio
The ideal Metering Associate would meet the following criteria:-
- A minimum of 1 year's metering experience is preferred
- Computer literate, with Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel
- Analytical problem solver with keen attention to detail
- Desire to develop subject matter expertise
- Ability to organise own workload and meet required SLAs
- Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient
