Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented MFL Teacher to teach both Spanish and French. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality language education to students at Key Stage 3 and at least one language to GCSE level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Spanish and French.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Stay up-to-date with recent Ofsted and DfE guidance to ensure best practices in teaching and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Relevant degree in MFL or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Spanish and French, with at least one language taught to GCSE level.
- In-depth knowledge of recent Ofsted and DfE guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
