M&G Technology Summary
By securing a position within Technology, you will play a critical role in our technology space, working on cutting-edge projects and initiatives. We will offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you will have the opportunity to apply your mission critical experience to solve complex technological challenges.
Responsibilities across this function could include:

• Configure, deploy, and maintain technology infrastructure and systems
• Analyse business requirements and design technical solutions
• Conduct research and provide recommendations on emerging technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of technology systems and data
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

What we need:

• Honourable discharge from military service
• An interest in technology, such as IT, software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Knowledge of programme languages, operating systems, and networking principles
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
