Mhs Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a prestigious client that is based in South West of England. As an MHS Engineer you will be working within Exeter, Plymouth, Yovil and Taunton. 

Duties:

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic equipment.
• Work alone from a purpose kitted service vehicle repairing a variety of equipment from the rear of the vehicle.
• Liaise with the Service Office by phone and email using mobile phone apps.
• Be on call 1 weekend in 3.

Requirements:

• Must live within the South West area and have a full UK Driving Licence.
• Have a good electrical and mechanical fault finding ability and experience with 230V and 415V electrical systems.
• Have a heavy engineering background including knowledge of Dock Levellers, Scissor Lifts, Cardboard Balers and Industrial Compactors.
• Be Punctual and Reliable.
• Customer Focused.

If successful you will be working on two different shift patterns. 

• Monday – Friday (40 Hours)
• On call :
  • Saturday (8 Hours paid at time and a half)
  • Sunday ( 6 Hours paid at double time)
