Are you passionate about optimising profit and sales through effective visual merchandising strategies? Do you have a keen eye for space analysis and creating visually appealing store layouts? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
**Responsibilities**

- Optimise profit and sales through the creation of effective merchandising plans.
- Conduct thorough space analysis across specific categories to maximise efficiency and revenue.
- Build comprehensive plans from inception to completion using the merchandising system.
- Develop store layouts based on analysis and collaborate with the team for review and feedback.
- Create visually appealing merchandising packs to effectively communicate store layouts and product placements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying merchandise planning, supply chain, and the operations teams to ensure successful implementation of specific merchandising/space briefs in stores.
**Requirements**

- Proven experience in Micro Space planning within a retail environment.
- Proficiency in using merchandising systems and space planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
