Introduction
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Working with customers to facilitate the implementation and support of D365 Finance & Operations/AX Manufacturing / supply chain and Master Planning modules using industry best practices

  • Collaborate with customers to capture/document business requirements and conduct gap analysis, preparing pre-design documentation as well Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics AX Production, Supply chain, Demand forecasting and Master Planning module.

  • Defining D365 Finance & Operations /AX enhancement requirements for reports and business processes s etc. that a developer can use for D365 Finance & Operations /AX enhancements
