Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Uxbridge, London (Hybrid Working)
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a dynamic digital team. This role is crucial for developing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) and potentially Microsoft CRM, along with other Microsoft products and external systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and be adept at designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) to improve business processes.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and potentially Microsoft CRM with other Microsoft products and external systems.
  • Support and develop an internal project management system built on the Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop custom connectors and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.
  • Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance within the Power Platform environment.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Platform applications and tools.
  • Offer 2nd level support for PPM System and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and Power Platform updates to advise on new features and optimization strategies.
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Microsoft CRM is a plus.
  • Expertise in Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.
  • Proficiency in using Common Data Service (CDS) and understanding of Dataverse.
  • Experience in integrating various systems and APIs to create cohesive workflow solutions.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft licensing models.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI design in Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Work Environment:
  • Office based in Uxbridge, London, with great access to public transport or employer-provided parking.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office and flexibility for remote work.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
