What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for a Microsoft PowerPlatform Developer to join the team on an interim basis. The client is going through an organisation wide Change Programme, which will also include the review of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Power Platform Applications and the management of those.
Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance
• Experienced Power Platform Developer
• Hybrid Working (40%)

You will be a crucial part of the team. Not only will you develop your own solutions, but you will help others in the team to develop. You will be expected to be innovative but ensure compliance with the appropriate requirements for data protection and information security.You will work with our M365 applications engineering team to implement changes and support staff across the department.
As part of this role, you'll actively promote the use of M365 applications, helping the department make the most of the M365 applications that are available.
Responsibilities:

• Develop modern, cloud-based applications using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Create business process automation and solutions using Power Platform technologies and other Microsoft products
• Develop SharePoint Online solutions including SharePoint home sites, hub sites and Modern SharePoint sites
• Support teams with Dynamics related queries such as granting access and updating permissions
• Work with the Microsoft 365 team to improve ways of working in the organisation using Microsoft 365 solutions such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Power Automate, Lists, SharePoint and other Microsoft applications
• Work with the Microsoft 365 team to develop, manage and implement the Microsoft 365 roadmap, leveraging new platform innovations as they are released
• Assist the technical team in delivering projects such as migrations, upgrades and application deployments
• Build or provide data visualisation using MI from the Microsoft admin centres, in order to support decision-making within the department

Essential Criteria:

• Experience of creating and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Experience as an administrator of SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
• Experience of configuring and supporting Dynamics
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Able to work in a team
• Able to present complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience, providing the appropriate level of detail
