A consistent and growing flow of high quality work has led to a vacancy in the team at mid-Senior Associate Employment lawyer. This is a tremendous opportunity to work with a very highly regarded group in a very highly regarded firm.
In order to be considered you will have:
- Trained and most likely have at least 4+ years' post-qualification experience in the Employment team of a City or international firm;
- Strong legal skills including drafting, negotiation, project and management, and business development skills.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to work hard,
- A common sense, down-to-earth approach. The team is tight knit and free from ego.
Our client would also consider Barristers with appropriate experience looking to transition to a role in a law firm.
There will be some flexibility on PQE, but candidates would be expected to be able to demonstrate solid knowledge of Employment law as an area of expertise. For this role, England & Wales-qualification as well as experience from a peer City firm is required.
