We’re a friendly and collaborative team looking for a mid-weight producer with at least 3 years' experience to join our team in the London office. You’ll be working across a leading automotive brand and their sub-brands, managing a range of deliverables, from the production of core CRM outputs (emails and direct mail) through to the development of wider creative engagement ideas. Your remit will be to work across the lifecycle of a project from initial project kick off through strategy, creative and design.
Some knowledge of CRM, particularly the production of emails, is a must along with experience working with the processes in a creative agency.

  • Someone who is great at bringing structure, organisation and clarity to projects, helping to keep work on time and budget
  • Someone who is capable at handling a volume of projects all at different stages of a project lifecycle
  • Someone who is proactive, always asking questions and planning ahead but able to adapt a project approach when plans change
  • Someone who enjoys collaborating as part of a team and is good at bringing people together to discuss the best approach to work
  • Someone who listens well and is good at supporting and understanding your teams.
  • Someone who is focused, and detail orientated, a reliable, calm and safe pair of hands who the team trusts to deliver a project smoothly
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to voice their opinions but maintains morale and knows how to motivate and support the team
  • Someone who has a strong understanding of creative processes, workflows and tools

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop scopes of work – following a project kick off with the team you will be responsible for writing an estimate and scope of work, planning timings and booking resource across a variety of different sizes of briefs and types of projects. From single emails to a large scale progamme of emails. From strategically focused loyalty programmes through to creative retouching and animation.
  • Manage timings – able to effectively communicate timings externally and internally. Work closely with our resource manager to book a variety of projects whilst identifying and resolving any conflicts through collaboration with other producers/teams.
  • Manage budgets – tracking budgets and expenditure for a variety of projects. Monitoring any change control and scope any costs associated with this. Then raise POs for external suppliers.
  • Champion ways of working – participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and processes to manage the accounts and projects more effectively.
  • Coordinate teams – able to coordinate teams of various skill sets including strategists, creatives, design, client services and other internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively – clearly communicate with internal teamates to set priorities, meet objectives, ensure that project milestones and budget expectations are met, and determine project expectations across all departments.
  • Build relationships – able to foster relationships with each department (strategy, creative, design, client services), collaborating with everyone to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Problem solver – identifying issues and risks early in the process and coming up with solutions.
You will report into a Programme Director who manages the delivery across the account in partnership with our Managing Partner and sit within the agency production team.
