Salary: £12.90 per day
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week, during midday hours
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the well-being and safety of our students during lunchtime hours. The Midday Supervisor will be responsible for supervising students during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety, promoting positive behaviour, and facilitating a welcoming environment within the school premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage respectful interactions among students.
- Address any incidents or conflicts that may arise during lunchtime, following school policies and procedures.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of lunch areas as needed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and supportive school environment.
- Attend relevant training sessions and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and safeguarding training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
