6.25 hours per week / Mon – Fri 11:50am – 13:05pm
Salary Kite Band 1 £20,000 - £21,632 FTE (£2,960 - £3,201 Actual Pro-rata Salary)
Mytchett are looking for a fun, enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join their dedicated, friendly staff team. This type of role is an excellent first step into education for someone looking for a career change, wanting to have experience of working in a school.
We are looking to appoint a MDS (Midday Supervisor) who:
• is highly motivated to support all children with their lunch and play, with a keen eye on safety whilst supporting the children to enjoy their break
• has experience of working with children
• is a team player with a can-do attitude, emotional resilience, patience and a good sense of humour
• thrives on kindness and energy
You should have:
• good levels of literacy and numeracy
• a high degree of initiative, sound judgement, positivity and patience when working with children
• some understanding of the benefits of play, healthy eating and children’s social and emotional wellbeing
