Salary and Benefits

• Salary from approx. (3500 GBP – 4400 GBP), $55-65k USD per annum (360 - 420k RMB), more for leadership roles.
• Start and end of employment travel provided.

Requirements

• Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
• Previous experience within an EAL setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in teaching ideas, texts, and concepts with precision and confidence.
• Open to new ideas in teaching.
• Knowledgeable, passionate, and believe in transforming education.
• Able to motivate students to reach their highest potential, while also elevating own skills through peer collaboration and a culture where learning is of the greatest importance.
• Being a brand new school, flexibility is important as well as strong relationship-building skills and an ability to build a strong school community.

BASIS Bilingual School Guangming

BASIS Bilingual School Guangming will open in the fall of 2024, and become the fourth bilingual school in the network. Located in Shenzhen, China, the Guangming District is a perfect place for educators looking to make a meaningful impact on motivated students.
