Midweight Designer

We are working with a great integrated marketing communications agency to help them find a Midweight Designer.

Our Client

One of the largest independent marketing communication agencies in the region, they are based in central Manchester, in lovely heritage offices and have a strong commitment to their people. Sector experience is varied but generally they work with ambitious brands targeting growth.

The Role

You’ll be working closely with the Creative Director and wider creative team on a variety of integrated campaigns. Working as part of a team on larger projects, you’ll take the lead and work more independently on smaller projects, as well as collaborating with video and digital teams. You’ll come up with ideas and design that pushes boundaries and challenges client briefs across brand, print and digital.

You

You should have a minimum of 2 years’ agency experience, with a strong creative thought process in how you think about and tackle client briefs. Your portfolio should show projects across brand, print and digital channels, and you should be able to work from concept through to artwork, and ideally you’ll be able to show where your work has exceeded client expectations. A collaborative approach and a good communicator, you’ll be a team player who is resilient and treats constructive creative feedback from senior colleagues as a positive learning.
