Reporting into the Creative Director, this Part-Time Midweight Packaging Designer will work across diverse projects, with day-to-day responsibilities including -

• Fulfilling briefs to exceed client expectations and drive commercial success.
• Infuse your own fresh perspective and creative angles into projects.
• Develop industry-leading packaging designs that elevate brand profiles, engage consumers, and effectively communicate product USPs.
• Manage projects from initial concept to final delivery, spanning first/second stage creative, whole pack layouts, and range rollouts.

We’d love to hear fromMidweight Packaging Designers who can offer -

• 2+ years of packaging experience within the FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with skills in Art Direction and Hi-Res retouching
• Strong understanding of messaging hierarchy, product tiering, and PNP
• An impressive portfolio showcasing FMCG packaging designs!

Benefits for this Part-Time Midweight Packaging Designer role include; a starting salary of circa £30-35K (Pro Rata) depending on experience; Part-time hours can be 3 days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or school hours Monday to Friday; 20 days annual leave PLUS closure of office between Christmas and New Year; Government NEST pension scheme; opportunities to learn, develop and progress; plus HUGE Christmas and Summer socials!
