Company Overview: We are a recruiting for a manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Thetford, specializing in the production of metal products. We are currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join their team and contribute to the production and repair of their products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
- Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect welded joints and structures to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
- Bonus scheme that enables you to earn an extra GBP2 - GBP5 per hour
- Overtime available, providing additional earning potential.
