MIG Welder in Wolverhampton!
As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and welding metal components to create high-quality products. This is a full-time position that requires strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in stick welding.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials
- Assemble and fabricate metal components using power tools and hand tools
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Welder or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in welding and fabrication
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus
