SalaryThe Mill Supervisor will work40 hours per week, 8am to 5pm, inclusive of a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Although Monday to Friday you need to be flexible to work weekends if required with time off in lieu.
To assist in all aspects of production planning and in organising and overseeing maintenance of the plant, both scheduled and unscheduled. Provide a point of communication between the sales, transport, production and goods inward departments to ensure the smooth running of operations and form part of a team of staff responsible for quality assurance within the organisation.
This is a very busy and varied role requiring someone who is IT literate, very organised who can work under pressure.
