Due to ongoing expansion and additional works, we are seeking Works Supervisor to join us on a growing contract based in Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Works Supervisorto join the team & to provide a full range of services under the direction of the Project Manager in accordance with our contractual obligations.

Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday ,40 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Works Supervisor will be a working Supervisor; responsible for the day to day supervision and operation of team of mobile Engineers and Technicians providing the full complement of building maintenance services including but not exclusive to electrical, plumbing, mechanical & fabric trades and specialist sub-contract suppliers.
- Day to day support in running a busy Minor Works contract across multiple sites
- Managing engineers and sub-contractors on a day to day basis
- Working alongside the Helpdesk to allocate and deliver works in line with the SLA
- Health and safety, including the inspection of equipment and keeping records
- Ordering material as required
- Day to day communications with the client and attending client meetings with the Management team
- Snagging and signing off work once completed
- Quality control
- Assist Management team with quotation requests from client
- Delivering works to a high standard
- Support the daily reactive works alongside the other ongoing work.
About You
- Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
- SSSTS or SMSTS (for the senior role)
- Demonstrate experience in supervising a team of field engineers/technicians
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Demonstrate experience of mechanical maintenance & repairs works e.g. plumbing/engineering
- IOSH / Health and Safety at work training
- Hold a suitable formal trade qualification relevant to a repair & maintenance contract
