Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Minute Taker for a part-time, sessional role to support our board meetings and document proceedings accurately.
Duties:
- Attend board meeting once every two months and accurately record minutes
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all meeting records
- Collaborate with the CEO to ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Minute taking skills with attention to detail
- Prior administrative experience is beneficial
