Minute-Taking Administrator

We are working with Bolton to find an Administrator on a temporary basis. 
Contract Duration: 6 months (covering a secondment)  
Location: Bolton  
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based  
PAYE rate: £12.66 per hour  
We are looking for an Administrator to support the Fostering Team. This role is central to the success of our services, providing essential support to foster carers and contributing to the positive outcomes for children and young people in Bolton.
Day to Day of the role:
- Assist with pre and post fostering panel arrangements.  
- Collate and organise reports for Panels.  
- Take comprehensive and accurate minutes during panel meetings, which is an essential part of the role.  
- Upload and manage documents on Liquid Logic.  
- Attend 1-2 panel meetings per week.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on minute taking.  
- High level of attention to detail.  
- Ability to work with document management systems.  
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.  
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
